The Ningaloo Caravan & Holiday Resort is seeking a Casual Receptionist for an immediate start.

Our receptionists are responsible for providing visitors to our resort with the necessary information and assistance to ensure they have an enjoyable stay. The position is Casual, with a maximum of 38 hours per week. The span of rostered hours is between 7am and 6:15pm, Seven (7) days per week. All applicants must be willing to work weekends and available for immediate start.

Personal customer service, client liaison
Collation of phone, email and personal bookings using RMS 9+ Booking System
Answering Telephone and email inquiries
Assist with the overall presentation and appearance of the Front Office, including brochure displays
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, updating Microsoft Office files (Word/Excel)
Accurate recording of cash/card transactions

Ability to cope in an exceptionally busy customer service environment
Computer literate in relevant software and point of sale software (RMS Booking System preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven time management and organisational skills
Ability to work well within a team as well as independently and under direction
Understanding and ability to manage confidential information

Relevant industry qualifications or extensive industry experience will be highly regarded
